  Worst ever experience at a dry cleaner. Dropped off clothes on Friday and they "lost" it until next Thursday. Still charged me full amount to add insult to injury. It's a 2 business day turnaround under normal circumstances which is pretty slow anyway.

  Had a suit cleaned, I was not told that most of the buttons had been broken. I found out after I got it home. When I took it back, there was no apology, no offer of a refund and no willingness to pay to get it fixed. Would not recommend.

  Dreadful! Paid for dry clean and pressing (they want the money beforehand) and told item back the following day. Next day they handed back item NOT dry cleaned or pressed and tried to tell me it had been done! It was in same condition when I handed it to them! Totally unreliable, shoddy service. Wouldn't even give it the one star if I could.

  Went to Presstine Dry Cleaning a few days ago, the man at the front counter was presentable and professional in his approach. Prices were reasonable especially when situated so close to work and in the heart of the city. On the same day my suits were clean and smelling fresh. Will definitely be coming back again :)

  On several occasions I found the shop closing early at 5:45 or 5:50. There is no point advertising a 6:00pm closing if your not going to stick to it.
