Drove an hour to get to Docklands, arrived on time, parked the car in the car park, got out and rang the staff to ask where they were located & was told rudely that you will have to walk 15 mins. to get to our place & the treatment time will get shorten too. I got panicked.Got confused with the directions as the place is so tricky to find. I got more panicked, rang the staff and kindly made them aware of the situation & was again rudely told that we will void the voucher unless you pay $30 cancellation fee on top of the voucher fee that I already paid.
I lost half a day & the money. The staff is rude, unprofessional, less than accomodating, unfriendly & greedy. Is this what you call professionalism, a great customer service? They don't want long term relationship with customers all they want is easy money, take advantage of customers ...so pathetic. Will never recommend them to anyone...
