  Absolutely useless. How many (unanswered) calls, texts and emails does it take to simply select a seat? If you're going to add complication into what is a perfectly streamlined process of buying flights online, the bare minimum is decent customer service. How this lot are still in business I'm not sure.

  "Anna Huang" has been a great help while booking an international flight. She helped me in every possible way and answered my all queries which left me in no doubt. This is my third time I have used Flight centre. Very satisfied with the services provided and wish her the best. Thanks for all your assistance.

  August - went there at 9am to find this note on the door.
  Phoned to talk to customer service at 9:10 was disconnected and told to go to a store.
  Made a booking using the email below.
  Save time and book as they are struggling.
  
  The staff on arrival and through my experience were nice. But are challenged based on the uncertainty of the travel industry.
  
  Whilst my experience wasn’t the best. Still give grace if you go as they are doing the best they can under challenging circumstances.

  Anna Huang @ Flight Centre 278 Collins Street (Melbourne) is absolutely sensational at what she does. 1000/1000.
  She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and does not mess around. Travel is one of the most exciting things to do but it's also nerve racking organising every last detail. Anna made this so easy and worry free. Extremely grateful Anna! Will definitely continue to utilise your services into the future!
