- Reg Gray Added September 03, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Im a member....NOT FOR LONG, I'VE HAD ENOUGH & I would never recommend them. This is how it is. I've had my account locked multiple times in Australia due to them thinking it was not me using my card as I made a purchase at 11pm which they thought of as "unusual" which means they watch your spending habits & then block you if you go outside your normal routine. THIS MEANS UBANK IS PROFILING YOU.
The "help" on the phone are trained to try & sympathise & with you but do little to assist if the problem is a technical issue which left me without funds one occasion for 36hrs & then they said "why dont you have another bank account".
As much as I dont like the big 4 atleast they can be slightly more helpful than these muppets. My next challenge will be to remove my funds which knowing these clowns, means it won't be a simple affair.
