  Worse service ever, service manager is so rude, i got problem with my new XV after 1 year drive, car is vibrated and not smooth, service people said it normal but don't think so i know nothing about car but i can feel the difference, it suppose to be smooth not slow motion and car jump after the Red light.my kids can even feel the car vibrated. Called the service manager and he said it normal the way is said is rude, he even call me not to BARK, worse and uneducated person he is to call customer like that, he said car is normal and that's how the XV is. He keep repeating that the car is normal, the vibrate is normal because it design for XV , who wanna buy a vibrate car???? And he said car not gonna let me down, it not gonna break down on the street. My friend who work at other car dealer ship and he come across with this problem for one of the Subaru which he got at his place and he suggest i should ask the service people to look into the torque converters inside the transmission it might help, i told the manager if they can look into it and then he said how qualified and how experienced of people who said that and he will charge me $150 per hour if i want to get the car check again, hopeless dealer. Worse after sale service team, I will go to other place for sevice next time.
