  Good Location. Medium Quality
  First night I had a corner room. Not properly cleaned. Then i moved to a normal queen room. Higher floor with a nice view. Better cleaned but the bed sheets were stained. Nothing you would expect from a 5stars hotel. I had even a problem with the heating system. I hope next time to be luckier.

  St James is a decent location. Rooms sort of look as pictured except the wood floors are scratched up and the windows are super dirty which is ok for night view but horrible in day. Room service came quickly but took forever and three phone calls to get a bucket of ice. Wouldn't be overexcited to return unless price was good. Rooftop bar was beautiful but there is not enough seating.

  Great potential, terrible execution.
  
  Bathroom - everything, including the toilet is separated from the main room by a pane of glass, so everything you do on the toilet can be seen by your traveling companion, and everyone in the city if you don't close the curtains to the windows.
  
  Staff - courteous but ultimately unhelpful. When I checked in I asked about the hours of the gym and was told it was open 24/7. The next morning I find out the gym is under repairs and but I am welcome to walk 5 blocks in my running shorts (in freezing weather) to a partner gym if I want.
  
  The walls are thin and I could hear all the guests on my floor coming back at night one by one.
  
  The WiFi is unreliable and very slow when connected.
  
  The only curtains are translucent, there is no way to block the sun if you want to sleep in late.
  
  But worst of all, I bought some snacks for myself and stored them in the minibar fridge. When I came back in the evening my snacks had all been thrown out.
  
  The views are nice, I'll give them that, but everything else was a disappointment for what was supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

  Jimmy at the james! If nothing else this building has an amazing rooftop gem of a bar. I take all my friends up there it is easily one of the best views in New York it even appears in one of the John wick movies! Great service there and music. I will forever love this place.

  For a 5 star hotel i think I wasn't convinced it lived up to its stars. For every service request i had to put in the same request at least twice. The front desk was helpful though and the location is good. May not prefer to go here again.

  Best pub in Melbourne.
  Great food served quickly. I definitely recommend the calamari.
  
  The beer selection is awesome from imported to craft.
  
  Service is amazing.
  
  Best of all - DOG friendly on the terrace.
  
  Has plenty of space for events as well.

  Ordered a eye fillet steak and it was very tough and chewy. Nothing like I got previously from this place. Net very impressed.
